• Caution: Do not use wet towels under the sleeve. Do not allow gel inside sleeve to have contact with eyes or skin. If sleeve is torn or damaged, please do not use. 
  
  For best comfort and results, we recommend wearing the Cooling Compression Sleeve for up to 2 hours at a time. After that, it’s good to give your skin a break before using it again. We also suggest not wearing it for more than 8 hours in one day. We don’t recommend wearing it overnight.
